Coming 2026 Italy Workshop Announcement
Study with Angela Cappetta, Guggenheim Fellow Kristen Joy Emack and Publisher L’Artiere Edizione.
Portfolio submission required. Submit any 20 images from a body of work via Submittable (TBD). Work can be either completed or ongoing. You’ll be joining us in Italy for a week of critique, design and publishing.
Kristen and Angela will edit and critique your project.
A L’Artiere designer will then design your book. Group feedback and collaboration will be encouraged.
Gianluca and Gianmarco Gamberini will take you to an actual Italian press where they print their own books.
You will leave with your own book.
A baptism by fire on how to shepherd your existing project from shooting, editing and ultimately, publication with a highly reputed art team. This is one of the rare workshops where you create your own book.
