Chelsea Piers Wedding Photography

There is a reason a Chelsea Piers wedding is considered one of Manhattan’s chicest affairs. The guests arrived and were immediately seated facing the river for a tear-jerker of a ceremony at Chelsea Piers Sunset Terrace overlooking the Hudson river. The bride and groom each wrote their own vows. The bride’s brother even presided as officiant. In fact, he was ordained just so he could marry his big sister to her sweetie.

This was a real family affair. Family came from as far away as Italy and the Philippines. Right after the ceremony, the guests went directly into a lavish cocktail hour. Everyone enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres and signature cocktails. After that, the seated dinner began. Naturally, the evening flowed straight into several hours of dancing. Even the littlest kids made moves on the dance floor.
